成城・砧エリアで家をかりること3軒目。
以前、かりていた成城の高級マンションの不動産屋はいかにもブラック企業という雰囲気で、なおかつ提携の修理業者を呼んでも2回言わないと来ないほど、組織全体が満足いきませんでした。その他、賃貸契約の内容も不動産側に有利な条件で、余計なお金を払わされていました。
それに対してレイモンド不動産でかりた物件は余計な支払いもなく、修理を依頼すると最短、当日に来ていただけてとても助かります。良心的な不動産屋だと思います。
レイモンド不動産は「成城・砧エリアの居住者でリピーターが多い」とのこと。
やっぱり対応がいい不動産屋は、リピーターが多いのだなあと思いました。いつもありがとうございます。
