★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天王寺はいろんな所に成城石井があるけど、ここは駅の改札前にあるし、朝7時から空いているのでいろいろ助かっています。
 There are Seijo Ishii in various places in Tennoji, but this is in front of the ticket gate of the station, and it is vacant from 7 am, so it is helpful in various ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 成城石井は、お総菜やお弁当、デザートのクオリティが高く、時々利用しています。フルーツもお値段はスーパーよりは張りますが、美味しいものが多いと感じました。
Seijo Ishii has high quality delicacies, bento boxes, and desserts, and I use it from time to time. Fruits are more expensive than supermarkets, but I felt that many of them were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MCTオイルとポテトチップスという健康には矛盾する食品を求めました。場所柄でしょうか、混んでいましたが、レジの方々の能力が素晴らしくどんどん捌いていかれます。落ち着いて買い物はできないかもしれませんが、品数が豊富で、選ぶという買い物のだいご味を味わえました。
We sought MCT oil and potato chips, foods that are inconsistent with health. Perhaps it was a place, but it was crowded, but the abilities of the cashiers are wonderful and they are being handled more and more. 今日は、シンガポール風焼きビーフンを購入。
遅い時間になると、割り引き価格になるのも嬉しい。
店舗は少し狭いですが、逆に利用しやすいです。
珍しい食品も買えるので、つい立ち寄ってしまいます。
チーズやアルコール飲料も充実しています。
惣菜は、定期的に新商品があるので、要チェックです。
海外旅行のお土産で見るような、お菓子もあるので、楽しいです。
クチコミで、従業員の対応の悪さを書かれていますが、あまり感じたことはないですねぇ。
それよりは、たちの悪い客を見ることがあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easy to be wary of a supermarket chain that caters to foreigners and locals with Western tastes - but as far as I can tell, nothing here is actually overpriced. Some of it is even cheaper than my local Life Supermarket! (For example, the matcha powder.)
My fellow Westerners who love to bake, or miss cheese and butter and jams and charcuterie, or probably any other staple Western product that's not easy to find in Japan, rejoice! They sell baking supplies in larger amounts than the supermarket. I haven't done a proper price comparison, but it must be comparable to Tomiz, a lovely dedicated baking supply shop upstairs in the Abeno Harukas complex.
Visitors who want to browse a large selection of interesting foods packed into a small area (cilantro candy, super spicy cough drops, candied beans, candied fish, etc), this is a great place to browse.
Note that a nearby location of this supermarket, under the Abeno Q's Mall, is actually larger and has a larger alcohol selection - including some top notch Spanish sherries that are more expensive in the US.
