BarSeiji THE HOTEL SAIHOKUKAN A bar located in the Shohokukan Hotel, offers delicious cuisine and delicious sake all day long. Because of Mr. Versage, when staying in Nagano City, I am staying at the Shohokukan Hotel. I like the happiness of being able to sleep in a hotel room immediately after spending fun at Versage at night. I am glad to meet the gentle bar staff once every few years. Thank you very much. I was very happy to hear not only gourmet stories from Nagano but also private stories in the fall of 2019. I'm really thankful to you. Also, by all means stay at the Shohokukan Hotel and visit Versage.

Good food and delicious sake. The bar and Western restaurant live together, but you can have a calm atmosphere. Of course, you can order some foods as well as meals and drink sake as a snack. There is also a wine shelf in the store. The Spanish food "Chillindron" had crispy chicken skin and the meat was juicy and delicious.

I didn't use it because it was a shop inside the hotel, so I didn't use it because it was a little difficult to enter, but I tried using it because the street view photo inside the shop was beautiful. The atmosphere inside the store and on the terrace is different. Terrace seats are recommended for lunch and cafes. It feels better inside the store when drinking.

The overwhelming bar steak of 250g per person that I had for my birthday commemorative lunch was very delicious, so I decided to revisit it. This time, I ordered "Reprinted Chillindron (Spanish style stewed chicken with bones)" from the signboard menu. Salads and soups are also served as appetizers and have a very elegant atmosphere. The main chillindron has a generous amount of delicious tomato sauce with anchovies added as an accent, and it goes well with rice. Although it is positioned as a high-ranked bar restaurant in the Saihokukan, there are pasta menus that you can get at the usual lunch price, parent and child bowls, etc., so I would like to stop by again on the way back from the English conversation cafe in Nishimachi. Since I made a reservation, I was able to sit down smoothly and was satisfied with the high-quality customer service. As a countermeasure against the Corona disaster, the system has been changed so that all kinds of dishes (Japanese, Western, Chinese) can be enjoyed at the restaurant seiji. The overwhelming 250g Saihokukan specialty bar steak was not only the delicious taste of beef, but also the Japanese-style soy sauce base sauce and the synergistic effect of the gentle butter were very wonderful. The bucket bread and fresh salad that I wore as a set were also very delicious. Since it was a special hotel lunch, I also added Wiener coffee after meals, but the fact that it fits for less than 4000 yen is also helpful for my wallet. I would like to use it for dinner with important relatives and friends.
