cafeのヴィーガン対応のプレートも素材が良いので美味しい。
オーガニックのコーラはビックリの爽やかな美味しさでお勧めです

It goes without saying that the dishes that are particular about the ingredients are delicious, but it was a very nice restaurant where you can feel the attention and playfulness of the appearance and number tags of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーを頂きました！ワンプレートでご飯とカレー、その他お野菜のお惣菜がちょこちょこ8種類くらい添えてあり、どれも素材の味を生かしながら丁寧に作られてるなぁと感じました！
またスタッフさんみんな感じがよく、のんびり過ごさせていただきました。
アイスコーヒーも注文しましたが美味しかったです！
またぜひお邪魔したいです☆

大豆ミートの唐揚げのようなものは、プリプリとした弾力とジューシーさは肉そのもの。
オーナーのお話では絶対に肉だろうとクレームになったこともあるらしいです。
そう錯覚するのも頷けるほど再現性は高いですね。
カレーはとにかく旨みが濃い。玉ねぎの甘さがとってもよく引き出させていて、コク深い味わい。
香りは穏やかですが、味は抜群。
いい意味で期待を裏切られました。
付け合わせの惣菜も多種多様な調理法で、野菜の旨みがしっかり引き出されていて、料理欲をくすぐりました。
調理法が変わると素材の魅力に気付かされますね。
いろんな発見と驚きを感じました。ビーガンは美味しくないとか物足りないというイメージも若干ありましたが、とんでもない誤解だったと反省してます笑
にんじんジュースも爽やかな喉越しで、優しい甘味と染み入る旨みが感動ものでした。
全くクセがなく美味しく飲めました♪
また近々寄らせていただきます。

When the cooking method changes, you will notice the charm of the ingredients.
I felt various discoveries and surprises. I had some images that vegans weren't delicious or unsatisfactory, but I regret that it was a ridiculous misunderstanding.
The carrot juice was also refreshing, and I was impressed by the gentle sweetness and the umami that soaked into it.
There was no habit and I was able to drink deliciously ♪

まずはクラフトコーラでスッキリ！
ご飯はビーガンミネラルカレーをいただきました。野菜はどれもこだわっていて美味しかったです。大豆ミートの唐揚げは普通の唐揚げと似た味わいでびっくりしました！カレーももちろんgood☆ 店員さんも優しい雰囲気でほっこりしました。お土産にお菓子も購入。ビーガン対応のお店がもっと増えますように！また行きたいです(^ ^)
I went to Seed Cafe's lunch.
First of all, it is refreshing with craft cola!
I had vegan mineral curry for the rice. All the vegetables were particular and delicious. I was surprised that the fried soybean meat had a taste similar to that of ordinary fried chicken! The curry is of course good ☆ The clerk also relaxed in a gentle atmosphere. I also bought sweets as souvenirs. I hope there will be more vegan stores! I want to go again (^ ^)
