Ｄ	ＤａｉｓａｋｕＡｚｕｍａ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩尻のワイナリーの中でも好きなお店の一つです。コンコードやカベルネソーヴィニヨンが重くて無理な方はメルローがオススメ。ワインの熟成時にクラシックを聴かせる事で味や香りが変わるそうで、以前からそれを実践しているワイナリーです。 It is one of my favorite shops in the winery of Shiojiri. If you can not afford Concord or Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot is recommended. It seems that the taste and smell will change by listening to the classic when the wine matures, and it is a winery that has practiced it for some time.

柳	柳悠里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しいワインを作られているワイナリーです。ただ私はもう行く事は無いかと思います。以前にワインフェスタに参加した際に高齢の母が具合が悪くなってしまい、こちらに用意されていた椅子に少し座らせていただこうとしたら、多分こちらの会長さんでしょうか？年配の男性に座るんじゃない！と凄い勢いで怒鳴られました。具合が悪くなってしまったので少しだけ休ませて下さいとお願いしたのですが、まったく聞いていただけず、本当に恐くて残念に思いました。高齢の母に付き合わせてしまった私もいけなかったとは思いますが。ワインは美味しいと思っていただけに、本当に残念です。他の従業員の方は本当に対応が良かったように思いますし、ワインもとても美味しかったので、もうこちらに寄れないのが、残念です。 It is a winery that makes very delicious wine. N	NATSU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に造られたワイン。社長さんをはじめ造っていらっしゃる方たちの実直さがワイン造りにも現れていると思います。秋の新酒ワイン、コンコードの辛口は一度いただいたら忘れられない味わい。ずっとずっとファンです。塩尻といえばメルローですが、それ以外にも交響曲シリーズのシャルドネやブラッククイーン、おすすめです！ Carefully made wine. 山	山下隆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年に引き続き今年も立ち寄らせていただきました。今回は地下には行きませんでしたが、昨年の感想ではオーナー様のワインに対する情熱が伝わる空間だと感心しました。(なかなかのインスタ栄えスポットかも) 売場スタッフの親切な説明や対応も感謝です。ワインとワインケーキ、ブドウジャムどれも美味しいと感じました。 I stopped by this year as well as last year.
