店員も一部の客と一緒になって遊んでたり、談笑していたり、ゲームコーナーも告知も無く稼働していなかったり。
冷房すらついていない時もある。

子供に頼まれたマリオすら売っていなかった…
比較的広めの店内のほとんどはカードゲームをするスペースになっており、ゲームショップのはずなのにイオンのゲーム売り場程の品数しかない。
（下手するとそれ以下）
さらに売り切れのものが多く、完全にカードゲームを楽しみにくる場所なのだと認識しました。

一見さんにはオススメしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲームソフト売り場が狭く、中古ソフトの品揃えも悪いです。旧世代機の中古本体もほとんど置いてないです。プラモやトレーディングカードに売り場面積を取られてしまっています。山形か米沢のシーガル並みとは言いませんが、もう少し品揃えを充実させて欲しいです。他の店舗にある商品を検索して、南陽の店舗に取り寄せられるようにするとか…
The game software department is small, and the assortment of used software is poor. There are almost no used main units of old generation machines.
