パーソナルトレーニングは約90分。
通常はマンツーマンですが、写真のように、2人でもお願いできます。（別途追加をお支払いしてます）
内容はハード。
アディダスの認定の資格を持ったトレーナーがメニューを考えてくれて、バランスよく筋肉がつくように指導してくれます。
おかげで随分と筋肉がつきました。
マンツーマンなので、続けやすいと思います。
I go there once a week.
Personal training is about 90 minutes.
Normally it is one-on-one, but as shown in the picture, you can ask for two people. (Additional payment is made separately)
The content is hard.
Adidas certified trainers will help you think about your menu and help you build muscle in a well-balanced manner.
Thanks to that, I gained a lot of muscle.
It's one-on-one, so I think it's easy to continue.
