但馬牛を扱ってるようです。
日本枝肉協会からの賞状など、沢山飾ってあります。
お肉の種類はそこまで多いわけではありませんが、ザブトンやネックなど、肉屋さんならではの部位も数多く置いてあります。
何故かタンだけが無かったのがよく分かりませんが…(笑)
揚げ物は注文が入ってから揚げるので常備はしてないです。
5～10分ほどかかります。
揚げ物も美味しいです。
各種肉料理のタレに、ウインナーなどの加工食品も置いてあり、高すぎる料金設定でもないため、気軽に利用できます。
駐車場は軽専用を入れて5台ほど停めれる感じですね。
ちなみに、楽天にも出店しているようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メンチカツがおいしいと同僚に薦められて訪店。揚げ物メニューは50～400円ととってもリーズナブル。同僚おすすめのメンチカツとハッシュポテト、チキンカツを買いました。ハッシュポテトはカリっとホクホクでおいしい。メンチカツは肉汁が出て本当においしかったです。薦められる理由がわかる。
お肉は決して安くはないけどメンチカツはこのお肉が使われているのだと思うといつか買って食べてみたいと思います。
わざわざ行く価値ありです！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの牛肉は本当においしい！太子町周辺では一番ではないかと思います。駐車場もあり、お店の中にも入りやすいです。頻繁には買えないですが、何かのお祝いのときとかに買わせていただいています。
ちなみにだいぶ東に行くと、直営の牧場である「上太田牧場」があります（あと一か所、佐用郡佐用町にも直営牧場があるとホームページに記載があります）。
牧場の中には入れませんが、近くの道からはモーモーという牛の元気な鳴き声が聞こえます。周辺の環境もよく、牛肉がおいしい理由にも納得できます。

By the way, if you go far east, you will find a directly managed ranch called "Ueota Ranch" (there is another one in Sayo-cho, Sayo-gun, where there is a direct ranch).
You can not enter the ranch, but you can hear the cheerful squeal of a cow called Momoo from the nearby road. The surrounding environment is good and you can understand why the beef is delicious.
