I asked for a bouquet for offerings, but the lady at the store did not respond well and the bouquet was messy, which made me very uncomfortable. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校生です。勇気を出して初めて両親の結婚記念日に花束を贈ろうと思い行きましたが、対応が素っ気なく、注文した日時に行ったのですが先客と立ち話をしており私が待っているにもかかわらず10分近く立ち話をしていて待たされました。挙句の果てに花束は完成しておらずさらに待たされる。それなのに謝罪の言葉もなく花もあまりいいものではなくて最悪でした。
今度からは駅前の綺麗な花屋に行こうと思います。もう絶対に行きません。
I'm a high school student. For the first time with courage, I decided to give a bouquet to my parents on their wedding anniversary, but I wasn't very responsive and went to the date and time I ordered, but I was talking to my predecessor and I was waiting. I was waiting for about 10 minutes while talking. After all, the bouquet is not completed and I have to wait further. However, there was no word of apology and the flowers were not so good and it was the worst.
From now on, I will go to a beautiful flower shop in front of the station. I will never go anymore.
