オススメは宇治金時のようで、食べ方も作法がありこだわりを感じました。
 I heard in an information magazine that this is a fierce battlefield for shaved ice, and among them, this shop caught my eye, so I wanted to go there.
The recommendation seems to be Ujikintoki, and I felt that I was particular about how to eat it.

外観は純和風の町屋という感じなのですが、中に入ると西洋風アンティークなインテリア。
食器もすごくすてきでした！
お店の方も気さくで、おすすめメニューを教えてくれます。
かき氷が売りのようなので、また暑くなったら試したいな(*´罒`*)
I ordered coffee and warabi mochi! Simple and delicious (* ´꒳` *)
The exterior looks like a pure Japanese-style townhouse, but when you go inside, it has a Western-style antique interior.
The tableware was also very nice!
The shop is also friendly and will tell you the recommended menu.
Shaved ice seems to be for sale, so I'd like to try it again when it gets hot (* ´ 罒 `*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 珍しいアンティークや趣のある家具、たくさんのお花の絵に囲まれた雰囲気の良い喫茶店。佐原そぞろ歩きの途中、店頭の草餅に誘われて入店、90年前のアンティークカップに入ったコーヒーと共に店内でいただきました。きな粉たっぷりの柔らかなお餅が大変美味しく、聞くと、オーナーはあさイチにも出演している料理家松本栄文氏ということで納得！系列のステーキサロンもあるそうなので、またぜひ訪れたい町の一つとなりました。

今回は、かき氷スタンプラリー中の為、かき氷だけでしたが、他のメニューも食べたーい‼️と思いました。
とても、オシャレで2階もあるようなので、ゆっくり楽しみたいなぁと思ってます。

月毎にメニューが変わるようです。
どれも高いですが、美味しいです。
氷は多分天然ではないのかな？ 他の天然氷を売りにしている店よりはふんわり感を感じませんでした。
店内は古き良きインテリアが揃っていて落ち着きます。

All are expensive, but delicious.
Isn't ice probably natural? I didn't feel more fluffy than other stores selling natural ice.
The interior of the store has a good old interior and you can relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロで上品な喫茶店とゆう感じ。かき氷目当てで行きました。大きさは普通。名前上品にいちごの御こおり。氷はガシャガシャでシロップはいちごジャムのような感じ。
下は素氷。練乳をかけて何とか食べ進めるが完食出来ず…お値段は高め。ワンオーダー制

It feels like a retro and elegant coffee shop. I went for shaved ice. The size is normal. The name is elegant and strawberry. The ice is fluffy and the syrup is like strawberry jam.
Below is bare ice. I managed to eat it with condensed milk, but I couldn't finish it ... The price was high. One order system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通り沿いのレトロでクラシック音楽のかかる落ち着いた雰囲気の喫茶店。ホットコーヒーとソフトクリームをいただきました。
ホットコーヒーは香りが良く、素敵なカップでビスケットが添えられており、とても美味しくいただきました。
ソフトクリームは子供用に注文したのですが、とても濃厚でどっしり重くかなりのボリュームでした。
良い時間を過ごすことができました。

The hot coffee was fragrant and served with biscuits in a nice cup, which was very delicious.
I ordered the soft serve ice cream for children, but it was very thick, heavy and quite voluminous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸の情緒が色濃く残る街「佐原」にある雰囲気のあるカフェ「茶屋花冠」です。
店内は昔ながらの木の温もりを感じる素敵な雰囲気です。
オーナーさんがアンティーク好きとの事で食器や店内の雑貨にこだわりが感じられます。(今回のティーカップはウェッジウッドのアンティークと伺いました。)
メニューにもこだわりが感じられます。注文したフレイバーティーもかなりスモーキーで美味しくいただきました。
おしるこも、いちごとの相性がとても美味な逸品でした。
2階席はゆったり寛げる空間になっていて、窓から佐原の街並みを楽しみながらお茶を満喫できます。
佐原の上質なお茶処です。

It is a cafe "Chaya Kakan" with an atmosphere in "Sawara", a town where the atmosphere of Edo remains strong.
The inside of the store has a nice atmosphere where you can feel the warmth of old-fashioned wood.
Since the owner likes antiques, I feel that he is particular about tableware and miscellaneous goods in the store. (I heard that this tea cup is an antique Wedgwood.)
You can feel the commitment to the menu. The flavored tea I ordered was also quite smoky and delicious.
Shiruko was also a gem that goes well with strawberries.
The seats on the second floor are a relaxing space, and you can enjoy tea while enjoying the cityscape of Sawara from the window.
It is a high-quality tea shop in Sawara.
