★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羽曳野市河原城付近のモデルハウスの見学に行きましたが、まず初っ端から態度が悪い。上から目線で話して来られたので、見る気も失せる。おおよその金額知りたいのに、教えてくれない。モデルハウスは何軒も回りましたが、どこも予約なしで行っても親切に対応しているのに、アンケート書かないと、見学させないだの、ある程度どういう立地なのか決まってから来てくださいだの、どんな理由で来ようが勝手だろ。
こんなに腹が立ったのは初めてです。
早く帰りたく、嘘ついて帰ってやりました。こんな人にお店の看板背負わせて、この会社も信用とブランドガタ落ち。

こちらの希望も親身になって聞いてくれて時間があっという間でした。
見せてもらったモデルハウスがすごくきれいでした。

打ち合わせやローンの説明等もとても親切で丁寧です。
何より、アフターケアもしっかりしてくれて、3年間は家の定期点検に来てくれたり、３年経っても不都合があった時はすぐに対応してくれて、信頼できる会社です。
すごく大きな買い物なので、ファミティーホームさんで本当によかったと思っています。
