店長の態度も頭を下げたらええやろと、言わんばかりの謝り方で残念です。

何回もきたことありますがいつも美味しいですね
レバくしが大好きですよ
串カツもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです
でもテーブルや床の掃除があまりできてないですよ 残念ですね
床はいつも汚いので 泣きそうです
でも美味しい許せます 笑笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文はタッチ番で選んでする店ですが、料理が運ばれてくるのがとても遅いです?なので、焼き鳥と釜飯は着いたらすぐ注文して、そのあとに飲み物と付きだしのメニューを選ぶのが良いでしょう☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒胡椒やスパイスのかかったものがおいしかった。全体的に塩辛いものが多いのでサラダやデザートで口直しが必要だったかもしれない。ただ特にデザートがあまり充実していなかった。本命の釜飯はイクラと鮭のものを頼んだがイクラが多すぎてこれもまた塩辛かった。

焼き鳥目的だったんですが他にも串カツとかあるし飽きのこないメニューでまた行くと思います。
ただ、焼き鳥は焼き加減でかなり評価変わるので次も満足するとは限りませんが。

注文からの到着が遅いのが残念な所である。
アルコールや飲み物は素早く提供して頂きたい。
飲み放題の時間ロスと言う他のお客様の声も聞こえた。
他のお客様も苛立ちが目に見えてわかった。
店員（スタッフ・ホール）が少ない。
店内の注文を回せていないのが目立った。
スタッフの焦りや緊張感がない。
改善よろしくお願いします
