小野寺さんと言う方が電話に出ましたが、お粗末な対応で、俺には関係ないからお宅がここに営業時間内に来たら話が早いなどと、他人事。係りのものに、伝言しておきますとか、対応出来ないのでしょうか？しまいには、声をあらげて逆ギレ、今流行りの団塊の世代の、暴言、失言、パワハラ、モラハラ、だと思い、愕然としました。ここの内部の体質が浮き彫りになった気がします。
