★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森で食べる海鮮は最高ですが、ここで食べる生ものは美味しかったです。味付けも素晴らしい。予約無しは入れないようです。何組か来ましたがはいれてませんでした。
 The seafood you eat in Aomori is the best, but the raw food you eat here was delicious. The seasoning is also amazing. It seems that no reservation can be made. Several groups came but didn't enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテル近くの居酒屋はたいしたことない。これが今までの自分の中での定説。大抵飲んだあと二、三件まわるけどここは違った。ここだけで完結！当たりです。ただし自分は開店の17時に突入したから座れましたが19時を過ぎると座れないと思います。
The tavern near the hotel is not a big deal. This is the established theory in me so far. I usually go around a couple of times after drinking, but this is not the case. Completed only here! It's a hit. However, I was able to sit down because I rushed into the store at 17:00, but I don't think I can sit down after 19:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2時間飲み放題込で5,500円コースはボリュームたっぷり、お肴、刺し身は美味しです。お酒が進みます。料理が出てくるタイミングもいいし、お店の方も丁寧な接客。お客さんが絶えないお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年GWから2回目の訪問です。日本酒の品揃えは多いです。新鮮素材が丁寧に調理されて至高の味を堪能できます。
また訪問しますね。
This is the second visit from GW last year. There are many assortments of sake. Fresh ingredients are carefully prepared and you can enjoy the supreme taste.
I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近は営業時間が短縮になったようで、早い時間じゃないと行けないのが残念。お通し、刺盛りは毎回ハズレ無し。個人的には揚出し豆腐、燻製の軟骨唐揚げが好き。おいしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルファホテル青森の裏にある、海鮮がとても美味しい居酒屋「さとや」。
週末も平日も非常に人気で、予約が必須です。
最初に出てくるお通しの美味しさからも、このお店のレベルが分かります。
入口には、この日仕入れた活エビや活ツブ貝が置かれています。
市内の他の海鮮居酒屋さんより、少し高めですが、その価値を十分堪能出来ます。
お刺し身は勿論のこと、焼き魚も美味しい！
今回注文した、秋刀魚のワタ焼きは、白ネギに秋刀魚を巻いて、ワタを塗って焼いた一品。
日本酒がすすみました。
またオリジナルのじゃこ天？は、甘みもあり、フワフワで是非食べてもらいたい一品です。
青森に行ったときは、必ず予約して行くようにしています。
店長さんもとても良い方で、カウンターに座れば、丁寧な仕事が目の前で見られます。
