こちらからの催促でやっと返信がありましたが、返信漏れがあり大変申し訳ございませんの一言で謝罪終わり。しかも引取り用品の写真を添付してそこにメーカーの名前も映るように撮影したにも関わらず「メーカーをお知らせください」とのこと。
見積もり時点でのこちらからの送信画像は全く見ていないそうですね。なんのための画像添付なのでしょうか？時間と手間をかけた結果がこれって。とても顧客を大切にしているとは思えません。
