★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応の印象が非常に悪かったです。全員ではないと思いますが、言葉遣いが乱暴な点、面倒くさそうに話す点など。治療する前から嫌な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の態度が非常に悪く、今まで見た全ての接客業の中でも一番酷いものでした。
後日その方から保険証の番号を電話で聞かれたのですが、電話相手の確認もせず理由もいわずに高圧的な態度だったので番号を教えた後に態度の悪さを指摘したのですが悪びれずにすぐ電話を切られました。
治療については忙しい時間だったからなのか予約したのに30分待たされ、
さらに決定的だったのが紙コップの内側に血に見えるものが数的付着していたことです。
汚れているから換えてくださいと自分で言ったから良かったものの、あれをそのまま使っていたらと思うと本当に寒気がします。
先生方はとても忙しそうにしていたので、全ての元凶は忙しさにあるのだろうと思いました。
2度と行かないので自分には関係有りませんが。

Although it was good that I told myself to change it because it was dirty, I felt really cold if I used it as it was.
The teachers seemed to be very busy, so I thought that all the culprits were busy.
It doesn't matter to me because I never go again.

さとう先生（院長）は、オーナーさんなのか、高額な保険外治療専門のようでした。
担当の歯科医師は、機嫌がわるくて、いやな思いをしました。
