The person in charge, the staff, and the lady at the reception were kind enough to explain the repair points and fees carefully, which was (reasonable) helpful.
A	Asuka Mochizuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、担当は最初から最悪です。お金を持ってる人にはペコペコし対応もいいが、そうでない人には無愛想で店舗に来てるのがわかってこちらを見ても声すら掛けてこない。こちら側の都合は全く聞いてくれません。店舗側の都合ばかりを押し付けてくるし挨拶すらない。店舗が混んでるせいもあるのかオイル交換後受付の女性が声をかけてくれ案内してくれるも「そこに車ありますから」と指差しで示しさっさと店舗内に入っていく。最初の2～3回は良いと感じましたが、最近は質が落ちたのかそれを表に出さなかっただけなのか、、、 To be honest, the person in charge is the worst from the beginning. For those who have money, it's okay to deal with it, but for those who don't, I find that they are unfriendly and come to the store, and even if I look at this, they don't even call out. I will not ask you about the circumstances of this side at all. I just push the convenience of the store and don't even say hello. Maybe it's because the store is crowded, but after the oil change, the lady at the reception calls out and guides me, but she points to "there is a car there" and quickly enters the store.
