★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センチュリーホームさんは特に不満はないのですが、紹介された外構業者が最低でした。
屋根の傾斜が逆で、雨が降ると縦樋に流れず、軒樋に雨水が溜まる状態でした。
外構業者に連絡して、軒樋、縦樋全交換してほしいことを伝えたら、部品到着まで１ヶ月かかります。
１ヶ月すぎに突然電話かかってきて、明日工事大丈夫ですか？
ほとんど凸訪問。
仕事から帰ってきてみてみると、交換されているのは縦樋のみ。
翌日、電話すると、「部品が違ったみたいで、持ってきたものをつけました」と。後日アポとって、訪問していただくことに。
再度、縦樋、軒樋の交換、別の職人に変更してほしいことを伝え、「わかりました。そうします。部品届くのに１ヶ月かかります」と返事があった。
１ヶ月後、連絡があり、「後日工事に行きます。職人は前と一緒です」
え？話が違いますよ。
「私は最後までやる男なんです」と全く信用のないの言葉を聞かされ、施工終了。
施工後、アフターの連絡全くなし。どうなってるんでしょうか。
