k	kamiru bidan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設が結構広くて良かった。トイレにランニングシューズで入れるスリッパがあった。シャワールームは男性用が2個なのは少ないかもな。FreeWi-FiあるのでYouTube、AbemaTVでドラマ、アニメとか見ながらランニングしてたら1時間楽勝です。小生のお勧めはYouTubeの三国志(Three Kingdoms)2話分が約80分で広告CM無いからストレス無しでランニング楽しめます。AbemaTVのアニメならメジャー3話分が約60分なのであの主題歌聞きながらランニングしてたらめっちゃテンションあがるので最高です?これは上級者向きやけどスマホゲームの人狼殺ダウンロードして7人魔女村なら1戦30分ぐらいなので2戦で約60分気楽にランニングできますよ。スピーカーの音拾うのでスピーカーの下は厳禁ね❗ The facility was quite large and nice.
