S	SAITAMA KOBATON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここねえ、とにかくスタッフ間でごちゃごちゃが多すぎる。他のかたがノーを突きつけた気持ちは分かりますよ。ついで言うと、一ヶ月の規定勤務を超えて労働すると、普通は休日出勤手当かついて賃金がもらえるけど、私が働いていたときは「割増？一日分の賃金？払わないよ？来月一日余分に休みを取ればいいじゃん」とか言って、絶対に消化できない休暇の権利を渡すとかいう労働基準法なにそれ？みたいな働かせ方をしていました。それから、介護支援専門員の実務証明書も期日を過ぎても発行しないでグズグズしていたのもココだけでした。まあ、ここがなくても5年の経験は超えていたから関係なかったけど、ギリギリの方は「早く送れよ」って叩いたほうがいいですよ。クズみたいな特養です。そうそう、フルホープってグループだから、そのグループ名ついてたら危険だってこってす。 Hey, there's too much clutter among the staff anyway.
