予約は?と訊かれたので。
お料理は地元の野菜を皮も何もかもできるだけ全部使うコンセプトのいわゆる精進料理みたいなもので、動物性の食材は一切使ってないと思います。
やさしいお味でややもすると物足りないし、お腹いっぱいになる量でもないけど(私はたくさん食べる人なので)、満足感があって腹持ちもよく、ふだんジャンクな食生活をしてる身としては色々気付かされました。
ここのお料理は、現代的には量も味付けも物足りないけれど、忘れていた何かが物凄く満ち足りています。
テイクアウトの丹波路プリン白小豆味も絶品でしたよ!
それでも☆ー2の理由は、多忙のあまりか特に女性スタッフが何だかトゲトゲしていてセルフサービスの説明もわかりづらく、お世辞にも好印象を抱けなかったので。
雰囲気と料理以外はあまり期待しないほうがいいと思います。

景観重要建造物でいただくランチは『旬菜ランチ』1種のみ。
たっぷりのお野菜のおかずと黒豆味噌のお味噌汁、玄米ごはん
メインの和風ポトフはキャベツに包まれたソーセージが入っていました。
しっかりした味付けで噛むものも多く、満腹になりました。
セルフサービスなのでお盆を自分で運ぶシステムです。
靴を脱ぎ履きしなくてはいけなく、すぐ履けない靴だったので思いの外大変でした。
つっかけを置いていて欲しかったですね。

休祝日ランチ利用。緊急事態宣言は出ていないがコロナのため配膳はセルフでとのこと。
第一に受付の女性の愛想が悪い。業務的。
第二に配膳をセルフでさせる意味がわからない。片手では運べない大きなお膳を靴を履いたり脱いだり段差を上がったり降りたりお客が持って人がウロウロする状況。お膳ごと転んだりお皿を割ったりしたらどうするのか?お客が怪我したらどうするのか?大切な文化住宅ではないのか?
第三に食べ終わったあとも受付までお膳を下げないといけないが、食べ終わったあとテーブルを清掃に来ないのか?どのテーブルにいつどのお客が座ったのか管理していないようだったので、どのテーブルを清掃したら良いかわからないと思う。そしてお客が自由に席を選ぶため拭かれていないテーブルに次のお客さんが座ろうかとウロウロしてた。衛生管理はどうなってるんだ?それにスタッフが清掃にくるなら食べ終わったお膳をお客に下げさせる手間はいらなくないか?一つでも危険を減らすならそのオペレーションはやめたほうがいい。
第四にクーラーとサーキュレーターがあるが27℃で窓全開のみでの運営だったので汗だくになった。まあ、換気的には悪くはないけれど食べると言う行為をするのだから暑いのよね…。そしてたまたまかもしれないけれどお膳がハエにたかられてしまってなんどもパタパタしないといけなくて落ち着かなかった。食べ終わったお皿に入ったのはもう払いのけるも疲れたのでそのまま傍観した。
第五に芋類に偏っていて動物性タンパク質が少なく全体的に食べ応えがないこと。味付けや手間、食材の扱いは評価するが感動するようなものは特になく、値段が2000円を超えることで費用対効果につり合いが取れておらず失敗した感や残念さを抱いてしまう。家で作るには手間だけど家で作ってるような(人並みには料理できます)普通のお味。つまり、素材を活かした!と言うほどの驚きは得られなかった。季節は秋だったが芋類が多く、高くなくとも手に入るきのこ類や銀杏などの食材も入っておらず不満が残る。特産の栗や黒枝豆は???肉や魚などメインがなくカレーに入っていた気持ちばかりの挽き肉だけですっきりしない。
リピートはしないと思う。いいお店の造りなのにもったいない。

若い方でも満足感が有り、また唐揚げが美味しい
有名店よりも美味しいです。
これだけのセットで7、8百円
で、かなりの量が有ります。
めったに★5個は付けませんがここはお勧めです。

テイクアウトでプリンやジェラートの販売もやっていて、そちらでばかり利用させてもらってます。
自転車で宝塚から丹波篠山へ向かう際、最後の古坂峠を越えて降りきるとこちらの店の近くなので、一息つくのに便利な位置です。
店の前に床几があり、買ったプリンなどをそちらでいただくことが多いですが、中庭で食べるのも良さそうです。
この日は季節限定のりんごプリンいただきましたが、リンゴの酸味と卵の風味が強いプリンとな組み合わせが新鮮で良かったです。

料理は季節の地元の食材に拘られています。
シンプルな味付けが 食材の本来の旨味を感じられて 良い経験が出来ます。ささらいの自家製プリンは有名で 芦屋プリン とあっせ さんのプリンと同じ品。毎回 購入して帰ります。
