高齢者に接する現場のスタッフたちは、一生懸命、頑張ってやってくれます。とても感謝しています。
しかし、担当のケアマネージャー（男性Ｓ）は、面倒なのか、儲けることしか頭にないのか、こちらの要望や相談など、まったく応じることはありません。電話で相談したときは、（あくまで相談ですから、無茶な要求をしているわけではありません。どうしたらいいのか、と聞いているだけなのですが……）面倒くさそうに、まかせとけばいいんだよ、というような応対で、ため息までつかれる始末。こちらは高齢の親のためにと、低姿勢で電話しているのに、こちらに伝わるように、大きくため息をつき、話も聞かないなど、あり得ますか？
その時のことを録音しています。公開しようか迷っています。
とりあえず、他の被害者が出ませんよう、ここを利用するときはそれなりに割り切って利用したらいいと思います。ケアマネは変更できますし、現場スタッフはいい人ばかりですから。

On-site staff who contact the elderly work hard and do their best. I appreciate it very much.
However, the care manager (male S) in charge does not respond to requests or consultations at all, whether it is troublesome or only profitable. When I talked over the phone, (I'm just consulting, so I'm not making unreasonable requests. I'm just asking what to do ...) With such a response, the sigh can be sighed. Is it possible that this is a low-profile phone call for an elderly parent, but a big sigh and no talk to be heard here?
I'm recording that time. I'm wondering if I want to publish.
For the time being, I think it is advisable to use this as it is to avoid any other victims. Care managers can be changed, and the on-site staff are just good people.
