★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当のドライバーさんの手際があまりに悪く研修生かと思って会社に確認すると、その電話対応が最悪だった。（名前から察するに多分社長。）詫びる言葉も全くなかった。積込も積んでは直しを繰り返し、移動時間もうちの車とほぼ同時に出発しているのに到着場所に大分遅れて到着。それまで対応していた女性スタッフの印象が良かっただけにとても残念だった。
When I checked with the company thinking that the driver in charge was too clumsy and was a trainee, the telephone response was the worst. (Maybe the president, as you can guess from the name.) There were no words to apologize. We loaded and repaired it repeatedly, and although the travel time departed almost at the same time as our car, we arrived at the arrival place much later. It was very disappointing because the female staff who had been responding until then had a good impression.
