★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急に予約していた日に仕事が入り、ダメ元で別日に予約出来るか確認したら｢いかなる時でも当日キャンセルは1回分消化になります｣と言われ、規約に同意したのでそれはもう仕方のないことですが後々考えたらなんて不親切な臨機応変のきかないサロンなんだろうと正直思いました。無断でキャンセルした訳でなくきちんと連絡すれば消化されない規約に変更されることを願います。
せっかく最後の施術だったのに最後の最後に嫌な思いをさせられました。
しかも元々の予約時間の30分後くらいに電話入ってて仕事だったので出れなかったのですが、キャンセルの電話してるのにわさわざ電話かけてくる意味が分かりません。無神経なスタッフがいるのか、連携が取れていないのか…
