★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社の近くに住んでました。部屋の中にまで鉄粉が入り込んでドアふちや空気清浄機は真っ黒になります。車も鉄粉がこべりついて落ちないしザラザラになりました。そして天気が良くても臭すぎて窓なんて開けられません。ひどい時は車から降りて部屋まで息を止めてダッシュしたことも多々。それから臭いにも悩まされましたが揺れにも悩まされました。時間も関係なく小刻みな揺れ。戸がカタカタうるさくて眠れない時もあるほどでした。そして、地震なのか工場の揺れなのか分からないときも。
ホント酷いところでした。

It was really terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんがお世話になっている電車の連結やトラックのエンジン部品などを製造しています。
一般の製鉄より鋳造や様々な過程で粉塵たくさんでます。
その為かいつも旦那は顔を汚したり火傷したりして帰ってきます。
この企業では通勤退勤時作業着で外にでないと徹底しています。
近所の方は鉄粉なんだかんだ言ってますが、100人以上の従業員が作業着で一斉に外に出たら言葉を飲みますね。。
防音のため夜は門は締め切っています。
あとは、木など植えています。
他の企業では池など見たこと無かったです。
クレームが絶えないことから他の企業は駅近から工業団地に移動されるのでしょうね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (ΦωΦ)鉄粉と異臭が凄い…近隣住民にはたまらない公害レベルだが改善はされていない…しかしクリスマスとかのイベントにはイルミネーションなどの装飾などもし、会社周りの清掃なども徹底している。地域住民の壁には黒い粉が付着しているので鉄粉をなんとかしてほしい本音はある。働いている従業員はほぼほぼヤンキーやオラオラ系の方々がいらっしゃるので通勤時にはぶつかったりしないように注意が必要、職場環境は日本最低辺、知り合いが派遣で働いたがイジメやパワハラは当たり前、今時こんなところあるのという位ヤバい環境と有名らしい
