ぽ	ぽぽ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に会社都合で他県から引っ越す際に利用させて頂きましたが、とにかく最悪です。他県のハートに見積もりの時に家に来て頂きましたが、用意したスリッパを履かない座布団に座らないで最初からとにかく印象が悪かったです。引越し準備の際も汗は垂れ流して家具にぽたぽた落とす。テレビの画面や、家具のガラス部分に素手でベタベタ触ってそのまま帰るなど。嫌な予感がし、家具をチェックすると凹みやガラス部分を割られたり、2つも家具をダメにされました。何度も引越しをして来ましたがこんな雑な業者ハートが初めてです。連絡をし、後日に家具の確認をお願いすると今家にいるんですよね？と聞かれ主人が居ないので別日にと伝えても今この後家に行きますとしつこく言われ、結局別日にしてくれましたがこんな対応ありえません。後日家具の確認をしてもらい、同じ物が見つからないのでハートの買取りとなりましたが、購入した額を伝えてもの3分の1程度の金額を提示してくるなど最初から最後まで対応のおかしい業者でした。最終的に購入額で返金して頂きましたが、いくら会社が決めた業者とは言え二度とハートにはお願いしません。大手の業者にお願いした方が絶対にいいです。 I used it a few years ago when I moved from another prefecture due to company reasons, but it's the worst.
