数年前の話です。寸法を測って、袖を直してもらいましたが、切られすぎて、洋服が台無しになりました。弁償を要求すると、失敗を認めず、返金をしないと言ってきました。 気に入ってた服なだけに、店(女性)の対応の悪さを指摘し怒鳴り散らしたところ、社長が出てきました。出てきた発言は、「裁判でもなんでもやって下さい、うちも出るとこ出ますから」という信じられない言葉でした。結局30分以上、口論で怒鳴り合い、こちらが折れる事になりました。 こちらも熱くなった事は認めますが、寸法を間違えて、服が台無しになったにも関わらず、謝罪も返金もしないというので、私としては、「怒る」しか選択肢がありませんでした。それよりも、客と同じ目線になって、威嚇してきた、この会社の社長の対応は今思い出しても許せません。 HPでは洋服に対する気持ちや愛着を語ってますが、服や客対応に対するフィロソフィーは何も感じられませんでした。ここでもそうです。HPでは、顧客第一をうたっておきながら、ユーザーからの否定的な口コミコメントを黙殺する姿勢がそれをよく物語ってます。いわゆる「お直し」は、コンペティターが少ないから、長くやれるんだろうと思いました。 ここはトラブルが発生すると、「最低な対応をする店」です。近隣住民からすると早く赤坂から出て行ってもらいたいです。通りすがりに看板を見るだけで、怒りがこみ上げます。 ※当時はフルールという店でしたが、現在も資本が変わっていない事を確認しましたので、掲載させて頂きました。

I thought that so-called "fixing" could be done for a long time because there are few competitors. This is a "store that takes the worst possible response" when trouble occurs. I would like the neighbors to leave Akasaka as soon as possible. ドレスのリメイクが出来るか確認。若い女性が対応。「仕立ての人が席外してるので分かりません」と即答。確認しますとか、後ろに居た男性に確認するとか無し。リメイクってうたってるのに最低な対応。この人の知能の低さもあるが、スタッフ教育が全くなってない。近所にあるので今後利用しようと思ってたが一気にその気が失せた。いいリメイクが出来る可能性や他のスタッフが対応していたら、違ってたかも知れないが…。場所柄良い対応が当たり前と期待したのが間違いだった。

The way staff checked my clothes made me worried. The one I used to go to near my previous home, they always check the materials and conditions if there are any stones/decorations that need to be aware of or any damage before dry clean so that we know if unchecked damage is found it’s from the dry cleaning. Here, none. She only checks if it’s top or bottom or coats. She wasn’t checking anything so I pointed out this part is leather so please be careful and she was like are you sure this is a real leather? I mean.. seriously? I do dry clean only the stuff that I care about, and I would appreciate if they check the material properly and check the condition with me to prevent any unexpected result then it was like this before, no it wasn’t yada yada. Maybe I’m being overprotective but it was my first time here and I don’t want to learn it in the hard way. Result was fine but maybe I was just lucky. I gave 3 stars because there is a separated repair service next to it and their service/result were good.
