混雑時だったので少し待ち時間はあったが、
キチンと気にかけてくれたのでストレスなく過ごせました。

結局担当者が体調不良で帰ったとのことで
建前だけでも、他の者が代わりに施術させてもらう等誠実な対応して頂けるかなと少し期待しましたが、そんな対応もなく「担当者がいないので施術は無理です」とだけ言われ、唖然として文句すら言えず、とりあえず帰りました。帰らされました？笑
本当に腹が立ちます。
ただただ、時間とお金が無駄になってしまいました。
口コミ通りの最低なお店です。

この写真のような髪にしてほしいと見せても、チラッと見る程度で全く要望を把握していない。
シャンプーもしてもらったが、恨みでもあるのかと言うぐらい指の圧が強い。
ツーブロックを何ミリにするかを聞きもせずに1番短くされる。
極め付けは前髪をオン眉で、すかすかにされる。
技術力、コミュニケーション能力、そして数10センチ先のスマホの画面すら見えないくらいの視力。全てが最低です。
お金もらえてもこの店で切ってほしくはない。

誠意を持って施術してるので本来なら返金していないと言われ、意味がわかりませんでした。
しぶしぶ返金してもらいましたが（カット＋カラー＋トリートメント＋縮毛矯正の内の縮毛矯正代の数千円のみ）、当然髪も時間も元には戻らず。
毎日鏡を見る度に憂鬱な気分になりました。
若くて経験の浅いスタイリストに丸投げするようなお店なので、技術を求める方にはおすすめできないです。
