★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう何十年も通い続けています。ずーと……塩バターラーメン❗調子悪い時でもここのラーメンは胃もたれした事がない。一時店主の体調せいなのか？休まれてました。ここのラーメンが無くなるのは困るので体調だけは大切にしてほしいです。

学校に防具を置きに行ったあとに、
こちらの｢さっぽろ亭｣に友人と行きました。
注文はみんな味噌ラーメン。
店主の振るう中華鍋の音がこだまします。
程なくして料理が来ました。
さすがの札幌味噌です、口当たりはやさしい。
なかなかの甘口でコクはそこまでない。
程よい辛味もあり、スープはアツアツ。
食べ終わったあとは舌がヒリヒリしてました。
メンマは味の濃いもの。
チャーシューは柔らかくてとろけます。
麺は太い縮れ麺で、少し匂いが残るか。
ただ､食べ応えがあって美味しかったです。
どちらかと言えばさっぱりした味噌ラーメンかと思われます。
東山公園駅4番出口から徒歩1秒。
ぜひ行ってみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンが主体の店ですが、敢えて塩ラーメンを注文しました。札幌ラーメンらしくモヤシを多用してさっぱりとしたスープ、腰のある麺でこちらもおすすめです。ドラゴンズの選手も来てるようです。

北国の味噌ラーメンです。
しょっぱ口の味噌ラーメンは王道です。
名古屋では、なかなか無いんじゃないかと
感じました。ちゃんと濃い口だし
バターとの相性も良いし
ガッツリ食べれます。
麺は太麺縮れでサッポロ味噌ラーメンの定番をちゃんと理解されています。
しかも、ライス無料です。
おかわりも出来ます。
特徴的なのはモヤシが沢山で
チャーシューが一枚です。
ですからチャーシューが食べたいなら
チャーシュー麺にすると良いです!
かなり濃いー系です（笑）
ボリュームもあり、普通のラーメン店の大盛りです（笑）
また白米も北国の山形県の、はえぬきを使用していて美味しいです。
お米はやっぱり北国です（笑）
リーズナブルな価格にガッツリなボリュームで満福になれます。
また後日、醤油ラーメンいただきました。
あっさり醤油ですがコクがあり味噌ラーメンに負けずに美味しいです。
麺は中太縮れで、ちゃんとラーメンの種類で使い分けていますね。

凄く麺も多くスープも熱くチャーシューもメチャクチャ美味しいです
店の中は、ラーメン屋さんにしては清潔感あり店員さんも親切だった

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東山公園の地下鉄から出てすぐにあリます。ずっと気になってたけどなかなか行く機会がなくそのうち行こうと思ってたらもう11年も経ってました。やっと行けました。醤油チャーシュー麺をとギョウザセットの食券を買いました。少し混んでいたせいなのかわかりませんが席を指定され着席。独特なリズムでラーメン作ってくれます。チャーシュー麺美味しいケド、サッポロラーメン屋さんなのだから味噌バターを頼むべきだったとちょっと後悔。次回は味噌バター注文します。
