ちょっと雑然とした感じがしました。
探し物がすぐに探せないように思いました。

有効期限も書かないならカード作る時に説明用紙に書くだけでなく、口頭で伝える必要あると思う。
もしくは有効期限設けたら？不親切です。
If you haven't borrowed it for a while, you will be told that you cannot use the card because the data on the card has disappeared.
If you don't write the expiration date, you need to tell it verbally instead of just writing it on the explanation sheet when you make the card.
Or what if you set an expiration date? It's unfriendly.
