今では病院知らずの元気な三児の母です。
一般にある整体とは、まったく違うところからアプローチしてくださる場所です。
目には見えない気の流れをよみ、骨の歪みを見極めてはめていき、リンパの詰まりを流しや筋肉の縮みからくる関節の痛みなどなくしていきます。そして、なぜにそれが起きたのか、原因がどこからくるのか、癖のついた身体はまたもとに戻ろうとする働きがありますが、それを予防するためにどんな運動を取り入れ、どんなものをからだに取り入れれば良いのかなど、ほんとに細やかに説明してくださり、アドバイスしてくださいます。
病院は痛いところだけしか診てくれず、痛みを薬や湿布などで止めたり、和らげることしかしません。
その方にあった身体作りが見つかる場所です。
なんといっても、会えばわかる素敵な先生がいます。
いつも自分のことより、人のため、世の中のためにと動いて、たくさんの人の助けになるための学びを深める努力を惜しみません！
