葬儀場での対応は非常に丁寧でした。
惜しいのは、死者の死後の年金等の手続きを教えて頂いたのですが、必要書類などの案内が不足しており、役にたたなかったことです。
しかも、アドバイスを貰おうと電話したところ、酔っぱらい扱いされたあげく、できませんの一点張りで、相手にされませんでした。

死者の年金や相続に関する手続きは、思ったよりも複雑で権利も絡むことから、役所などの連絡先を教える程度にとどめた方がよろしいかと思います。
必要書類一覧は、まったく役に立ちませんでしたので、遺族の方で直接手続きをする役所に問い合わせる方がよいと思います。

２階にある会場を利用。200人程度入れそうなところを60人ほどに縮小して椅子のセッティングがされていました。
エレベータあり。
駐車場は10台弱程度です。場内の離合は難しいレベルでした。
大州通りの呉方面へ向いている車道からは左折で楽に駐車場へ入れます。逆に広島駅方面へ向かっている車は右折進入となります。
会館脇にある車道（信号機あり）は一方通行（大州通りからは進入禁止）です。
大州通りは時間帯により渋滞で車が動きません。お気をつけて早めにご来場ください。

Use the venue on the 2nd floor. The chair was set by reducing the space that could accommodate about 200 people to about 60 people.
There is an elevator.
The parking lot is about 10 cars. The separation in the hall was a difficult level.
From the road facing Kure on Ozu-dori, turn left to easily enter the parking lot. On the other hand, cars heading toward Hiroshima Station will turn right.
The driveway (with traffic lights) beside the hall is a one-way street (no entry from Ozu-dori).
Cars do not move on Ozu-dori due to traffic jams depending on the time of day. Please be careful and come early.
