リフォーム会社とも、不動産会社ともつながっていない第三者の立場でインスペクションを依頼できたのが良かったです。細かなところまでチェックしていただき、安心して購入の判断ができました。また、今後どのようにリフォームやメンテナンスを進めていけば良いのかの参考にもなり、非常に満足しています。
I asked when I bought a second-hand house.
It was good to be able to request inspections from the standpoint of a third party who is not connected to the remodeling company or the real estate company. After checking every detail, I was able to make a purchase decision with confidence. I asked for an inspection before purchasing a used detached house. I asked for two cases, but I abandoned the purchase for both cases with a slope of 6/1000 mm or more. If I bought it without checking it, it would be a big deal later. インスペクションの日まで日数が1週間もありませんでしたが、対応が早く助かりました。
不備についてもきっちり見つけて頂きましたし、こちらが気になっている部分についても回答頂き、安心感がありました。
調査報告書を頂いたあとに、さくら事務所に追加で質問させて頂いた場合も、調査を担当された方から直接回答を頂き信頼感がありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古住宅の契約前にインスペクションをお願いしました。事前のやりとりはスムーズに進み、問い合わせにもすぐに回答してもらえました。当日も時間をかけて隅々まで調査していただき、気になる箇所や購入後のアドバイス等を教えてもらえたことで、安心して契約まで進むことができました。中古住宅購入時には、建物に関して素人では分からないことが多すぎるのでインスペクションは必須だと感じました。また機会があれば、こちらにお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古住宅のホームインスペクションをお願いしました。電話対応もよく、メールでのやり取りも可能なため子育て中でもスムーズに連絡が出来ました。ホームページを見てわかりにくかった内容についても丁寧に案内して頂き安心してお任せすることが出来ました。
インスペクション実施日には無理に追加の検査等を勧めることもなく、こちらの話を聞き必要ないと思われる検査については理由をきちんと説明していただき検査を省くなど良心的でした。時間をかけてインスペクションしていただき、現地での結果報告も、後日送っていただいた写真付き報告書も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
購入する際にどのようなメンテナンスを行えばいいかのアドバイスもいただき、それを参考にしてリフォームすることも出来ました。インスペクションにて細かく見て頂いたおかげで安心して中古住宅を購入することが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

I asked for a home inspection of a second-hand house. We were able to contact you smoothly even while raising children because we were able to respond to phone calls and exchange emails. I was able to leave it to me with confidence because I was able to carefully guide me about the contents that were difficult to understand by looking at the homepage.
On the day of the inspection, I didn't forcibly recommend additional tests, and I was conscientious to listen to this story and explain the reason for the tests that I think are unnecessary and omit the tests. It took a long time to inspect, and the results report on site and the report with photos sent at a later date were polite and easy to understand.
I received advice on what kind of maintenance should be done when purchasing, and I was able to remodel it with reference to it. Thanks to the detailed inspection, I was able to buy a second-hand house with confidence. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建売の新築を購入後、10年弱でもう少しで住宅瑕疵担保責任保険が切れるというタイミングでした。当初より購入時の担当者や施工主の対応が大変悪かった為、しっかりと施工されているのか心配でした。そこで今回、さくら事務所さんで「自宅一戸建て点検ホームインスペクション」に床下詳細オプション、尾根裏詳細オプションとを同時にお願いしました。全部で三時間くらいでしたがほぼ問題ないと言う事ですごく安心できました。後ろで見ていてこれでもかと言うぐらい丁寧に見てもらえて大変満足です。一番気になっていた屋根裏と床下の質問にも丁寧に詳しく教えていただけました。担当山川様、本日はどうもありがとうございました。
