運動不足解消のためトレーニングルームを頻繁に利用させてもらってます。
トレーニングルームにはランニングマシンが7台、エアロバイクが2台、足をスイングさせる謎のマシンが2台、振動で揺れるベルトマシン、筋トレ用のダンベル等が置いてあります。
トレーニングルームを使用するには最初に講習を受講（受講料¥1000）する必要が有り平日なら当日講習が可能で体育館の職員さんが指導してくれます。
平日の夜間や休日はそれなりに混みそうですが平日の日中はほぼ貸し切りで使用できます。
何より90分¥100の使用料の安さが嬉しい。
そして、トレーニングルーム近くに更衣室が有り温水シャワーも無料です。
勿論、コロナ対策もしっかりしています。
村上市民で手軽に運動したいなら断然オススメですよ。

I often use the training room to solve my lack of exercise.
In the training room, there are 7 running machines, 2 exercise bikes, 2 mysterious machines that swing your legs, a belt machine that shakes due to vibration, dumbbells for muscle training, etc.
In order to use the training room, it is necessary to take the course first (tuition fee ¥ 1000), and on weekdays the course is possible on the day and the gymnasium staff will guide you.
It seems to be crowded on weekday nights and holidays, but it can be used almost exclusively during the daytime on weekdays.
Above all, I am glad that the usage fee for 90 minutes is 100 yen.
And there is a changing room near the training room, and hot showers are free.
Of course, corona measures are also solid.
If you are a Murakami citizen and want to exercise easily, I definitely recommend it.
