「うんどう広場」，「きのみの広場」，「いこいの広場」，「ふれあい広場」，「あそびの広場」という5つのゾーンと，公園を一周できる「散歩コース」があり，遊具やベンチもあることから，幼児から高齢者まで幅広い利用者がいます。
家族連れで遊んでいる姿も見られ，いろいろな事をして楽しむことができる公園です。
佐倉市山王2丁目最寄駅はJR物井駅から徒歩で15分くらい。
