2回ほど履いただけのブーツのつま先をぶつけて少し剥がれてしまい、色が微妙なキャメルで６万以上のものだったからひどくなる前にと相談に。
そこだけ補修か、処理をしてほしかったのに、かなり丁寧かつ強引に、丸洗いしてからじゃないと不可能と言われた。かなり高いことを言われたが、いいもので気に入って買ったので仕方なく任せた。
仕上がりは傷が目だたなくなってはいたが、ブーツ前部だけ色味が変わっていた。それを指摘したら、気持ちよく再度預かって対応してはくれた。
しかし、一年後に出してみたらもっと色味がチグハグになっていた。
カビや汚れ、劣化が進んだもの。色が黒とかダークブラウンなどニュアンスが微妙でないもの。それ以外はよく考えて頼んだほうが良いです。
