★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生、看護婦さんは患者に対して対応がとても良いんですが、受付は最悪でした。診療時間前に行き診察券を入れる番号の付いた箱があるんですが、今回は無くて、いつもと違う箱に入れて診察の順番を待ってましたが、後で来た患者さんが2人が先に呼ばれ診察に、よって順番ではと受付で話をし後どれくらい待てば良いのかと尋ねると、次の次との事でした。
納得いいかないため、少し経ってから順番の事を言うと診察順の箱に入れましたかと聞かれただ愕然としました。
いつもは置いてあるのは知ってますが、今日は置いて無くてそんなこと言われもう二度と行きたくないと思いました。いずれにせよ、先ずは患者の言う事を理解して、そちらの不手際なのにすいませんの一言も無く一方的な対応でしたした。

I know it's always there, but I didn't have it today and I was told that I didn't want to go there again. In any case, first of all, I understood what the patient was saying, and I was sorry for the inconvenience, but it was a one-sided response.
