結果から言うと私の主張は恐らく通らないとのことでした。ただ相談してくれた弁護士さんが（良い意味で）気さくに話すタイプの方で、いろいろと話しやすかったです。主張が通りづらい理由もきちんと話して頂けたのである程度納得感もありました。
I had a rear-end collision, but I consulted here because the voluntary insurance does not come with a lawyer special contract. It was said that a simple consultation within 30 minutes was free of charge.
From the results, my claim probably didn't work. However, the lawyer who consulted me was the type of person who spoke openly (in a good way), and it was easy to talk in various ways. I was convinced to some extent because I was able to properly explain the reason why the claim was difficult to pass.
