オシャレで女性が好きそうな店舗だ。店内も広く、田舎っぺの私はドキマギしてしまう。
モーニングでハードパンにレーズンバターがサンドしてある物を注文した。カウンターに座っていたので見えたのだが、レーズンバターはタッパーから取り分けられていた。もしかして自家製？ふ〜ん、なるほど。マネしてみようかなと思った程バランスが良かった。
そして、添えられているバナナは、グラニュー糖らしき物をバナナに振りかけバーナーで炙り、クレームブリュレの上のパリパリ状にして提供。なんとも手が込んでいる。バナナをスイーツに見事に変化させ、見た目も鮮やかで凄いなぁと感心した。
ケーキもさることながら、オーナーのこだわりはとんでもないと感じた。
 "Homemade? Raison butter"
It's a fashionable store that women seem to like. The inside of the store is large, and I'm in the countryside, and I'm thrilled.
In the morning, I ordered hard bread with raisin butter sandwiched. I could see it because I was sitting at the counter, but the raisin butter was set aside from the tapper. Is it homemade? Hmmm, I see. The balance was so good that I thought I should try to imitate it.
Then, the attached banana is served by sprinkling something that looks like granulated sugar on the banana and roasting it with a burner to make it crispy on the creme brulee. It's really elaborate. I was impressed that the banana was transformed into a sweet and the appearance was vivid and amazing.
Besides the cake, I felt that the owner's commitment was ridiculous.

珈琲も今回は２合目を頂きました。まろやかな味でした。
モンブランと珈琲で1320円
今度は3味揃ったモンブラン珈琲2つ付3080円を食べに行きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの後に近くでカフェタイム 二度目の訪問です 今回は季節のモンブラン(オレンジとチャイのモンブラン)と山脈コーヒー モンブラン可愛いしお味も大人の味でとてもおいしかったです お一人様だとカウンターになることが多いですがテーブルも余裕がありカウンターもいいですよ ジャズが流れてる中で頂くモンブランは最高です 短いけど素敵な時間を過ごせました
Cafe time near after lunch This is my second visit. This time, seasonal Mont Blanc (orange and chai Mont Blanc) and mountain coffee Mont Blanc were cute and the taste was very delicious with an adult taste. It would be a counter for one person. There are many, but the table is generous and the counter is nice. The Mont Blanc that you get while jazz is playing is the best. It was short but I had a wonderful time.

モーニングで初めて利用させていただきました。
祝日と言うこともありオープンから3組ほど並んでいました。
案内されると木を使った優しい雰囲気の喫茶店。自然も豊かで癒されます。
大きな窓に面していて太陽光が入ってくるそんな贅沢空間で朝モーニングをいただきました?
私のモーニングはラムレーズンが挟まったパン♡
このパン自体もとってもモチモチでサクサクでおいしいパンでした。ゴロンと大きなラムレーズンが入っていました✨見た目のインパクトも絶大です。
付け合わせのサラダやバナナに至るまで丁寧で紅茶の器もとてもかわいらしいです。2杯分位ありお得感もありますね！
そしてモーニング後に有名なモンブランをいただきました。今回は季節のモンブランでピスタチオとベリーのモンブランをいただきました。
モンブランでピスタチオという組み合わせはとても斬新でおいしかったですね?普通のモンブランもぜひ今度食べてみたいと思います?
駐車場も広いですし、アクセスもしやすいところにあります。少し大人なカフェ空間を味わった方はぜひ訪れて見てください♡
