シンプルな味な上に細麺なのでとても食べやすいのです。
2回目には醤油ラーメンの濃い口を頂きました。
濃厚なスープと絡む麺は味がちょうど良く、素材の味が生きていました。
営業日が不定期なので電話一本の確認をオススメします。

立地は大通りから一本小道を入ったところにあって、駐車場は3台ほどしか停められないみたい。
いただいたのはお店のメニューの中でも有名な「笹川流れの塩ラーメン」。
そこにあおさが入ったものを注文。
透き通るスープを飲むとすぐに口内に広がる笹川流れの塩が美味しい。
ちぢれ麺によく絡んでスルスル食べることができる。
具材は主にキャベツなのがくどくなくて良い。そこにあおさが入るとあおさの香りが広がる。

笹川流れの塩チャーシュー麺大盛を注文。味のバランスは薄め、あおさが丁度良い塩味を引き出し、チャーシューも柔らかい。十分満足できるラーメンでした。
細かい部分でスープが薄めなのでチャーシューとメンマは少し味を濃くするとバランス良く最高かなと感じました。また麺は縮れ麺ではなくストレートのほうが合いそうです。とはいえ総合的には満足感ありました！
混んでると提供は遅めですがご夫婦？で頑張っています。
