温	温泉太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に利用しました。軽い接触事故を起こしてしまいましたが、相手の車の方はとても親切な方で金銭的な請求は一切ありませんでした。しかし私が免責補償に加入していなかったため（免責補償に加入すべきでした）、大宮店から車両の修理費用として３万円を請求されました。問題は、請求それ自体は正当だとしても（軽い接触事故を起こしたわけですから）、本当に３万円で車両の修理をしているかということです。本来であれば、修理費用の請求書（明細書）を提示し、それに基づいて修理代金を請求すべきです。そもそもレンタル時点でキズの多い車でしたし、接触箇所のキズも殆どわかりません（元からある他のキズの方が目立っていました）。店員さんの態度も不親切でした。二度と利用しないようにと思いました。 I used it a few years ago.
