1階にレストランがあり、受験開始まで時間調整のためコーヒーを楽しみました。
 It is designated as the Niigata Prefectural examination hall of the drone certification (writing), and came for the examination.
There was a restaurant on the first floor, and I enjoyed coffee for time adjustment until the start of the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼児を遊ばせるプレールームが広くて絵本もいっぱいあってよかったです。0歳連れて気軽に入れました。授乳室がない(探せなかっただけ？)ので本当に小さい乳児連れだと不便かもしれないです。

階段の壁にも注目。
駐車場のコメント多いですが、イベント時は確かにいっぱいかも。裏にも駐車場あるけど、停めていいのか、ちょっと不明。
