G	Georgy Malenkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に行きました。車は店前に1～2台程度。奥に食事処がありますが13時頃は利用者が折らず。隣の鍛冶屋もそうですがかなり観光特化されており、土産店にレストラン併設で「鍛冶屋」のイメージとはかけ離れた雰囲気です。最近はネット通販が盛況のようで、レターパックに忙しく商品を詰めていました。店頭で包丁の仕上げをされていますが、見世物感が凄くあります。安っぽい雰囲気で知らなければスルーするでしょうね。外国人ウケはしそう。しかし作業をしていた職人は「職人一筋」という雰囲気と喋り口でした。こういった業態にしなければ刃物が売れない、鍛冶屋として生き残る術なのでしょうね。肝心の包丁は爪ではじくとガラスを弾くような美しい音色。仕上げもよくほどよい軽さに、均一した重さで良い仕事していると思います。個人的には1本18000円～のダマスカス鋼が固くてオススメですね。 I went on weekdays.
