20年くらい前に住んでました。ペットが飼えるとゆう条件が当時はあまりなく数少ない物件から選び安めのここに決めました。家賃も当時は高めで7万くらいでした。3Dk長い廊下のある広い部屋 A棟に入居していたので太陽がよく入り明るかったです。－メリット－ペットが飼える広い静かバルコニーが広い万代スーパーが歩いてすぐのとこにあった－デメリット－古いエレベーターがとてつもなく遅い、落ちそう建物が古いせいか欠陥なのか壁の結露がやばい押し入れの奥に小さな穴があいていて夜になるとそこから家コウモリが部屋中を舞う地下の駐車場は事件が起きそうなくらい暗くて物騒、ライトは明るいのだけどなんか不気味デメリットが目立ってしまいましたが、私にとっては良き思いいれのあるマンションです。上の階は見晴らしも良く、最近ではコンビニも近くにできて便利になったのかなと思います。うるさい住民もいないしいいですよ、ここは！
