★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な口調なだけで冷たい、所謂お役所的対応をされ、気分が悪くなった。
通常の商売とは違うとはいえ、対人スキルは全てに通底するものがあると思う。
客商売をしたことがないエリートが就くからか、改善されるとは思わないが、市民の足が遠のく遠因どころか、一因であろう。
ただでさえ分かり難い税務を正しく行いたいと思う市民を手助けする事こそが仕事の本質では無いのだろうか？
何をどうすれば良いのか分かっていない利用者も多いかと思うが、面倒臭い客なんて、どの商売も多いものですよ、ねえ、職員さん？
I felt sick because I was treated like a government office, which was cold just with a polite tone.
Although it is different from normal business, I think that interpersonal skills have something to do with everything.
I don't think it will improve because of the elite who have never done customer business, but it may be a factor rather than a distant cause for the citizens.
Isn't it the essence of work to help citizens who want to do tax affairs that are difficult to understand?
I'm sure there are many users who don't know what to do, but there are many troublesome customers in every business, hey, staff?
