★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末年始だからと言って遅すぎではないでしょうか？しかも突然の電話で何を言ってるのかわからず自己解決。しかも毎回取り扱い注意表記の荷物の箱は穴や傷だらけ。扱いが悪いと思いました。年配だから…とら言えないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きいサイズの依頼で使うのでたまにしか使わないが毎回めちゃくちゃ親切で対応が良い。
あとソファー引き取りの際に車にギリギリ入らず困っていたら営業の方が訪問先の途中だからと言ってバンに乗せて運んでくれた事がありました。
毎回神対応ありがとうございます。
I only use it occasionally because I use it for large size requests, but it's insanely helpful every time.
Also, when taking care of the sofa, if I was in trouble I could not enter the car barely, the sales person said that it was on the way to the visit and carried it in a van.
Thank you for dealing with God every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「支局止め」の荷物を時々取りに行きますが、受け付け所に近い所に「お客様駐車場」があるので、長い距離を荷物を持って歩かずとも、車に乗り込む事が出来るので助かります。 難を一つだけ言うなら、木更津市街からは 結構遠い...と言ったトコですね。
I sometimes go to pick up the luggage of the "branch stop", but since there is a "customer parking lot" near the reception desk, it is helpful because I can get in the car without having to walk a long distance with my luggage. If you say only one difficulty, it is quite far from Kisarazu city ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18時過ぎに商品を支店止めにて、発送してもらい受け取りに行ったのですが、トラックが頻繁に出入りしてました！荷受けがヤードの奥に事務所があるので入るのにトラックが駐車するまで待たないと行けません！駐車を待ってると西濃の運転手さんは、挨拶してくれて心地よい気持ちになりました！受け取りにヤード内に車を入れると、受付の事務員さん(女性)も案内も迅速丁寧で大きな段ボールを抱えて持って来てくれました！小さいのに力持ちな女性？ありがとうございました！
