★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年金の自動振り込みや公共料金の引き落としをしているせいか、窓口対応は非常に良いです。いつ行っても明るく話して下さいます。こちらが無駄話をしても相手をして下さるので気持ちが良いくらいです。支店なので両替機もあり、よく利用させて頂いています。また、誕生日前には、いつも年金受け取りなどで利用してもらっているからと毎年プレゼントを持って自宅まで訪ねて下さいます。本当に申し訳ないほどで、それだけ地域密着型の金融機関なのだと思います。生活に欠かせない金融機関はやはり自宅に一番近いほうが良いのではないでしょうか。
