多分自分の気分が悪い時に自分を抑えるのが苦手で、感情のままにふるまう事が多い人だと感じました。
お客さんや常連さん（お金を落とす人）の前では普通の対応ですが、関係ない人（通りがかりや近隣の店のお客）には不愛想な対応を取る小さい人なので、従業員さんも出た入り入ったり定着しないお店なのでしょう。
近隣にたくさんお店あるので他のお店をお勧めします。
