★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に車のキズ直しをしてもらいました。用品店やディーラー等、何店舗か見積りを取りましたが、1番安くて対応や説明もとっても丁寧だったのでコチラにお願いしました。仕上がりもすごいキレイで、ここに頼んで良かったです。車検も安くできるそうなので、今まではディーラーでしたが、次回からはお願いしようと思ってます。
 I had my car repaired before. I made an estimate for several stores such as supplies stores and dealers, but I asked for it because it was the cheapest and the correspondence and explanations were very polite. The finish is also amazing, and I'm glad I asked for it here. It seems that car inspections can be cheaper, so I used to be a dealer, but from the next time I will ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この年末、車の調子が急に悪くなり。ディーラーに問い合わせをしたり、ネットでいろいろな手段を探りました。最終的に、こちらに電話を入れると「レッカーで持って来てもらえれば見る。保険屋さんに問い合わせして」と言われ。年末にも関わらず、見ていただけました。（ディーラーは、らしからぬ回答で。主人は、ディーラーには２度と行かん！！と怒）最初は、電話では愛想の悪そうな感じの話し方でしたが、お会いしたらそんな感じも無く。これから世話になろうかな…一番喜んだのは主人かもしれません。
At the end of this year, the car suddenly got sick. I contacted the dealer and searched for various means online. Finally, when I called here, he said, "If you bring it with a tow truck, I'll see it. Contact the insurance company." Even though it was the end of the year, you could see it. (The dealer gave an unusual answer. The owner was angry that he would never go to the dealer again !!) At first, he spoke unfriendly on the phone, but when I met him, he didn't feel like that. I wonder if I'll be taken care of from now on ... Maybe my husband was the most pleased.
