★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車機の受付が、車を降りないとできないのが不便。拭き上げコーナーも、ちょっと狭い。セルフなのにスタッフがちょこちょこ声をかけてくるのが、私にはちょっとウザイ。

②タイヤ交換後、ビードクリームが固形で付いたまま。
③車検の見積りで『年式がいっているのでカーリースはいかが？』と暗に古い車だね、と…。しかも見積りに換えたばかりの"オイル交換"の文字。
これで来店はこの日が最後となった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーリースを契約して、普通にいる従業員さんはすごく丁寧なんですが、水曜日、お店の休日にいる店員さんが最悪。
ネットに載ってる電話番号はあくまで公開してるお客様センターの電話番号であってお店から教えてくれる電話番号は内部直通の電話番号な時もある。
それなのに、電話番号聞いてもいいですか？って聞いたらネットで調べればいいんじゃないですかね？？って言われた。対応の仕方がちょっと…それなら、明日折り返しお伝えしますがそれでもよろしいですか？の方が丁寧な気がしますね…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤの空気圧をみてもらいました。お店のスタッフがやってくれたのですが、タイヤのツルツルになっていたみたいでセールストークがすごくてビックリした。あと車検がそろそろですね！ってまたセールストークが炸裂、空気圧だけみてくれればよかったのに、それで終わりだとあっ、いいお店だなってかんじだったのに必死さが伝わりうんざりしちゃいました。昼間にガソリンいれにいきたくなくなってしまいました。夜だとセルフなんでスタッフいないですから。
